Credit Card Orders

IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD: Immediate downloads are available to all Verified Repeat Customers and most first time customers when using the pay by credit card option. You will receive an email with your receipt, license and download instructions within moments of completing your order. This email will be sent to the email address used on the checkout form.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS NOTICE: Some first time customers may be presented with a Manual Only Fulfillment Option when placing their FIRST order, or returning to place additional orders prior to verification. If applicable, details about manual order fulfillment, including the time your order will be ready for download, will be displayed before any payment information is requested. Verification of new customers occurs daily*, and when verified you can always download your orders at moment of sale. (See above)

PayPal & Check Orders:
NO IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD WITH PAYPAL & CHECK ORDERS: PayPal payments are only accepted for US accounts which are "Verified" by PayPal, and have a "Confirmed Address". If your account does not meet these requirements, please use another payment method. The Pay by Check method is a print and mail option. Once we have received payment by check via US mail or payment made through PayPal, your order will be processed.

Audio CD Orders:

Audio CDs will ship next business day via UPS (Worldwide) or U.S. Postal Service (USA only). Pre-made audio CDs do NOT have a download option.
